TerraMaster TD2 Thunderbolt is a 2-bay, external DAS disk enclosure with a hardware RAID 0/RAID 1/JBOD/SINGLE system connected to a computer via an efficient Thunderbolt port.

TerraMaster TD2 Thunderbolt 3 is an uncompromising DAS enclosure designed for creators who need both large space and fast data transfers. This two-bay, portable DAS system delivers transfer speeds of up to 800 MB/s and a total capacity of up to 40TB.
Up to 40TB of storage
TerraMaster D2 Thunderbolt 3 is equipped with two SATA hard drive slots. Using these slots, you can install two 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch hard drives or SSDs, offering a maximum storage space of 36 TB. The housing is equipped with a hardware RAID controller. Use it to freely switch between RAID 0, RAID 1, JBOD and Single modes. The device also supports automatic RAID 1 rebuild.
Connect one 8K monitor or two 5K monitors
Using the DisplayPort 1.4 and Thunderbolt 3 interfaces, you can connect a single 8K monitor or two 4K monitors to the TerraMaster D2 Thunderbolt 3. The device can support up to 3 monitors.
Connect your phone to a high-resolution external monitor
Using a Thunderbolt 3 cable, you can display your phone's screen on a high-resolution monitor. This will help streamline your workflow by allowing you to move seamlessly between your phone and desktop.

Intelligent, energy-saving design
With the automatic power-on function, the TD2 Thunderbolt 3 server takes advantage of the intelligent power-saving mode function. When the computer is turned off or put into sleep mode, the TD2 Thunderbolt 3 device will automatically enter sleep mode. When you turn on your computer again, the device will exit sleep mode. During sleep, only the hard drive and fan stop working, while other functions work normally. In the event of an accidental power outage, TD2 Thunderbolt 3 will automatically turn on when power is reconnected.
