Shipping of the ordered goods

We ship the goods ordered by us International via DPD or UPS courier company and in Poland via DPD, InPost courier or Inpost Parcel Post. We carry out shipments throughout the world. Foreign shipments are also handled by Fedex courier companies or through local carriers. Shipments within Poland are sent for 0 PLN, while the cost of foreign shipment is calculated individually in the shopping cart for each order. 

Order processing time is presented next to each product. Shipping time is usually one working day and it depends only on the courier company.

Ordered products after prior confirmation can be picked up in Czestochowa.

Order returns

You have 14 days to report the return of the ordered goods from the moment of delivery. To report a return, use the "return goods" option in my orders tab.

Then send the shipment to us at the address of the warehouse, ie.

As soon as we receive the return immediately we will inform you about it.

We will return the money for the order up to 7 working days - in case of an invoice - up to 7 working days after confirming receipt of the corrective invoice.

Warranty

Each of the purchased goods is covered by a warranty. The warranty period is listed on the page of each product.

Complaints related to the malfunction of the product should be reported to the e-mail address info@abart.pro. 

In the application, please provide the date of purchase, the number of the purchase document and a description of the damage.

In the return response we will provide you with the number of the complaint which you should put in the parcel.
