Compact and almost silent - cool operation
Small enough to easily fit into most workspaces, the Twin25G adapter is still large enough to provide adequate airflow inside the case to enable a temperature-controlled, variable-speed fan to keep the adapter running cool and quiet at all times.
Smart operation – efficient work
The Twin25G card achieves high throughput with minimal load on the host CPU. The adapter's intelligent controller has its own internal processing system with on-board memory to process TX/RX data using few CPU resources. Once data appears in the queues, TX checksums are calculated on the fly as the data is transferred; RX checksums are quickly verified and data is immediately transferred directly to main memory. This independent controller operation minimizes latency and prevents packet drops. The CPU is freed up to perform other tasks.
