Control and Connect - Easy access to Mac Studio computers
Sonnet RackMac Studio is a solid 3U steel rack case for mounting one or two Mac Studio computers in a rack. Easily mount computers behind a quick and easy-to-remove front panel. Convenient front panel operation allows you to turn on Mac Studio computers using dedicated power buttons, connect USB devices via pass-through USB-A ports, and access the computers' front ports and SD card slots. The design of the Sonnet RackMac Studio allows you to easily connect and disconnect cables without having to remove your computers from the case.
Openings on the top of RackMac Studio provide unobstructed access to the wireless signal. RackMac Studio is designed to enable normal WiFi and Bluetooth wireless operation in most configurations (depending on rack type and position in the rack), so you can use wireless devices and apps that control iOS® devices.
Easy Airflow - Supports Mac Studio's thermal design
Sonnet RackMac Studio protects Mac Studio computers by keeping them in the internal circulation of hot air from the rack, supporting their thermal design so they stay as cool in the rack as they are on the desk. Vents on the front panel of the case and a closed compartment under each computer allow computers to draw cool air through their bases, while a fully open back allows them to freely expel warm air.
Space for SSD drives – You can place up to three Thunderbolt or USB SSD drives under each Mac Studio computer
RackMac Studio provides space under each Mac Studio computer for three Thunderbolt or USB SSDs (sold separately) up to 3.2 inches wide and 0.75 inches high. Simply remove the rear access panel, place the supplied adhesive magnet on the bottom of the SSD, insert the SSD and connect it to your computer, then reinstall the panel. This space is also suitable for other slim bus-powered devices.
