Acasis Thunderbolt 40Gb/s USB4 4x NVMe SSD M.2 Software RAID Enclosure

The Acasis EC-3901 Thunderbolt 40 Gb/s USB4 enclosure for four NVMe SSD M.2 drives enables up to four NVMe SSD M.2 drives to be connected to the host very quickly in a single enclosure. A novelty that sets this enclosure apart from the competition is the maximum read speed of each drive. Each, single drive can operate at speeds of up to 3,000 MB/s. The enclosure supports drives up to 8TB in RAID-0 giving a maximum capacity of 32TB with read speeds of up to 3,000 MB/s.

ACASIS EC-3901 works with the latest Apple Macs on M4 series processors and older ones, i.e. Intel, M1, M2 and M3 processors, iPad Pro with USB-C, computers with Thunderbolt or USB4 ports running Windows, Linux, Chrome OS.

It supports software RAID configuration and each bay can accommodate SSDs up to 8TB. When four drives are connected, Larger or RAID-0 mode enables massive storage expansion up to 32TB, providing flexible storage solutions for growing data needs.

The all-aluminium alloy construction provides comprehensive protection for the SSD and the internal cooling, equipped with a cooling fan, keeps the SSD at a temperature of 40°C (104°F).

Wide compatibility with a range of devices and operating systems including Mac, Windows, Chrome OS and iPad OS. Compatible with Thunderbolt 5/4/3 and USB 4.0 interfaces and ideal for iMac, MacBook, Dell XPS, Surface and iPad Pro devices.
