Acer ARC-1203 PCIe 2.0 are cost-effective RAID controllers supporting SATA 6 Gb/s drives. Areca's ARC-1203 series entry-level RAID controllers cover the entire spectrum of entry-level storage requirements for cost-effective configurations that require reliable data protection. 2/4/8 port configurations are designed for high availability and capacity oriented applications such as security systems, surveillance, multimedia content generation, large data capture, mail servers and basic database systems.
The controllers are 100% compatible with the Thunderbolt standard and work with external PCIe enclosures and with macOS and Windows.
